Massman focuses on helping leaders solve complex human capital issues and is responsible for developing and driving HCA’s strategic priorities and growth.
With more than 30 years of experience teaming with business and technology leadership, Lisa leads teams that work to transform and modernize the Human Resources, Payroll and Learning functions with a focus on digital experience, technology modernization, service delivery and business process optimization, and the innovation of leading edge workforce and talent solutions across the enterprise so organizations can reach the overall business objectives. This includes a passion for advising clients on strategies to manage the ever changing workforce needs, enhance employee engagement, and leverage AI to significantly improve productivity of the workforce.
