IBM has introduced new generative AI capabilities within its managed Threat Detection and Response Services, aimed at enhancing and streamlining cybersecurity operations for its clients. It also features a generative AI conversational engine that offers real-time insights, automatically recommends actions, and improves alert investigation times, significantly boosting the efficiency of security operations centers.
