Being an AWS Advanced Tier Partner, SKYARCH NETWORKS offers a team of knowledgeable AWS specialists with experience in building, developing, monitoring, and maintaining infrastructure for a range of businesses. IBM Consulting's hybrid cloud service portfolio will benefit from this purchase.
Since Arvind Krishna took over as CEO in April 2020, IBM has made 18 acquisitions under IBM Consulting, this being the company's sixth announcement for 2024.
