Capgemini confirmed on August 27, 2024, that it has executed an agreement to acquire Syniti, a pioneer in enterprise data management software and services. This acquisition aims to enhance Capgemini's data-driven solutions, particularly in large-scale SAP transformations like the migration to SAP S/4HANA. With a global presence, Syniti is headquartered in the United States and employs more than 1,200 experts who specialize in governance, migration, and data quality. The company has been a key player in digital transformation for over 15 years, supporting critical projects such as mergers and acquisitions, ERP migration, and cloud transitions across various industries, including life sciences, aerospace, manufacturing, and retail.

Syniti's flagship product, the Syniti Knowledge Platform, is a cloud-based data management platform designed to break down data silos and support collaborative business transformation initiatives. As an SAP Endorsed App, this platform has been instrumental in SAP data migrations and is recognized for its reliability in providing a solid data foundation for enhanced SAP applications.
