Tom Wilkinson, the CEO and proprietor of Wilkinson Partners, will assume the position of Managing Director, responsible for the newly established A&M Search (AMS) business. With 20 years of experience in executive search, Wilkinson has established a strong reputation for recruiting C-level executives and associates for financial institutions, private equity firms, and professional services firms.
Bryan Marsal, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of A&M, emphasized the acquisition's significance in addressing evolving industry needs, stating that AMS combines A&M’s operational excellence with expert executive search capabilities. Peter Sacripanti, Managing Director at A&M, noted that this move acknowledges the critical role executive searches play in enhancing operational agility and strategic growth.
