LMI Expands SCREEn Capability

LMI has been awarded a $43 million contract to develop the Supply Chain Risk Evaluation Environment (SCREEn) for the Department of Defense (DoD) Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office. This initiative aims to integrate US Government data with commercially and publicly available information to bolster supply chain risk management capabilities. The expanded SCREEn will improve decision-making processes and provide a logistical advantage across the DoD by incorporating additional users, weapon systems, and data. It will also benefit various DoD entities, including the Defense Logistics Agency and the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency.

Earlier, LMI’s LogSmart Supply framework was utilized to develop SCREEn for the F-35 Joint Program Office, establishing environments for both non-classified and classified data. The latest contract will broaden SCREEn’s scope, supporting risk identification, prioritization, and mitigation. Jon Baba, Senior Vice President of the Defense Market at LMI, emphasized the importance of this development in enhancing readiness for critical platforms. SCREEn’s deployment will advance end-to-end supply chain risk evaluation and operational effectiveness, reinforcing LMI's commitment to leveraging AI and machine learning for defense solutions.
